Our RISE Story
This week, we handed over a deposit check in exchange for the keys to an entire motel.
After quite the roller coaster, it’s official, we have a motel!
We’re calling it The RISE Residence. Thirteen rooms where participants will live while working at Jubilee and attending classes as they build the lives they want. And we walk alongside them every step of the way. If you would like to adopt a room or make a financial gift toward the remodel, you can give below or email kayla@jesusoncolfax.org to discuss options.

Our shelves serve people experiencing homelessness and neighbors facing hard times right here on Colfax. From nourishing food to basic hygiene supplies, your in-kind donations help us stay stocked and ready to support the next person who comes through our doors.
You can give through our Amazon wish list and have items shipped directly to our location. Every delivery helps provide comfort, dignity, and essential support to people who need it most.
RISE Volunteer Help
The motel needs some work, and we would love your help!
We have three big work days planned: March 7, 14, and 21. We’ll also have mission teams serving throughout the month, so there will be opportunities to help most days. We are especially looking for a few people with specialized construction skills. You can sign up for any of these opportunities through the button below.
